green screen, paint or sheet ?

i have a huge room with a completely flat wall, sometime this week im going to get my lighting and a green screen or a big bucket of the color paint i need and just paint the wall, from what ive been reading im thinking the paint would be best because the wall is completely flat, no worries about creases in screens or whatnot, also im not sure what kind of lighting i need to get, ive read so many different things about this, but most stated light from the bottom close to the screen and film actor about 15 ft from wall and light each actor seperately, im just going to be doing no budget music videos, ussually with just 1 person

anyone with any experience with a painted wall or green screen give me your advice please

    thanks

I donm't have experience, but I do know that if you're going for the sheet variety you'll need to make sure you have no creases. Advantages to a sheet? It's portable and doesn't require you to paint your house/garage green.
