Thread: help me please

    Default help me please

I'm new to all this so please be tolerant. I am trying to change the 'Preview Manager' option for rendering my movie. It insists on using 'C' drive whatever I do. I want to use 'D' as it is much bigger. It prompts me to change drive but I don't seem to be able. ?????

    For ULead MediaStudio Pro v6.0,

    1. From the file menu select 'Preferences' or just press the F6 key

    2. Select the 'Preview' tab

    3. Uncheck the 'C:\..whatever...'

    4. Check box number 2

    5. Click the browse button (...) on line 2 to select where you want the preview files to be stored.

and Hey Presto temporary and preview files on Drive D.

Thanks for your help. I did this and it still reverted to c drive. I have it saved on D but when it renders it does so in C and runs out of room.
Thanks again for your effort. Jack

Hmm. Perhaps I have mis-uderstood your post. Can you post exactly the menu steps you go thorugh to achieve your render and where the outcomes are. It is perfectly achievable to render your preview and final movies to your video drive.

You may also wish to check the Preview Manager

    1. From the File Menu select 'Preview Files Manager'

    2. From the drop down at the bottom of the dialogue menu select your video drive

    3. Click OK

Incidentally if the steps I mention in my previous post are correct your screen should look similar to,
