You need to be logged in using your forum username and password. If you see your name in the top left, then you know you're logged in. If you see a log in panel, then enter your details in this panel.

All the permissions are set to allow posting of commemts so I'm not sure what's happening and I really need to sleep! I'll spend a few mins trying to figure it out...
