Thread: Unsupported bitrate

    Default Unsupported bitrate

I am pulling videos off of my sony camera as .mmv files and then converting them to mpg using a batch converter by Jim Rowe Downloadable here.

When I used Adobe Elements I didn't have this problem, but after upgrading to Adobe Premiere Pro whenever I load the converted file into Adobe I get an error saying "Unsupported audio bitrate in the file". I have tried everything I know to fix this. Anyone know how to get it working?[/url]

If you demux and convert the audio from MPEG to uncompressed PCM in something like VirtualDubMod, you should have no problem.
