Default Enabling PAL standard in Studio Quickstart 9

I recently purchased Dazzle DVC 90 in UK and find that when setting Capture Source Options the TV Standard option is "greyed out" and cannot be set to PAL. From Help Files it appears this is a property of software purchased in North America but should not apply in Europe. Am I missing something?

I don't know anything about your question but I just wanted to say: I loved you in Magnolia.

I've never used this software before but you could try a re-install and see if it gives you an option to switch settings. If you go to the Pinnacle site it definitely sounds as if you have got a US version. The European version (as you say) should be for both PAL and NTSC.

Where did you buy it? Have you tried taking it back for a swap?

    Sorry can't be more help.

    Hi John,

I have the same priblem with Studio 9 in Dazzle DVC 80. Did you ever manage to resolve this problem or what was your outcome.

Thanks in advance for your help..
