    Hello!

Please, I need some advice. I bought a camcorder Canon Legria HF R18 and with my actual computer system I can't make HD editing.

    My actual system:
    CPU: Intel Core2Duo E4400 2.0Ghz
Motherboard: Asrock 4CoreDual-VSTA (max 2 GB of RAM)
Memory: 2GB RAM TwinMos DDRII 667Mhz
Graphic: Gigabyte Radeon HD 2600 PRO PCIe
    Hard drive: Samsung SATA 1TB
    Sound: On board
    PSU: LC Power 550W
OS: MS Windows 7 Home Premium EN 32 bit

If I buy this I will have a good HD editing? Thanks.

    New CPU: Intel Dual Core E6700 3.2GHz FSB1066 2MB Box 775
New mobo: Gigabyte GA-P43-ES3G Socket 775
    More RAM: 2 x Kingston ValueRAM DDR2 667 PC2-5300 1GB (total: 4GB of ram)

I don't know what your budget is like, but a beefier CPU would help. depends what you're editing with/version windows you're running, but a quad-core if you can get it in your budget.
