Video package advice for making car sales videos please!

Hello,
I work at a car dealership and I currently use Shotcut to make videos of our cars. I have a titlepage with music, then the car video then a final titlepage with music with our phone number and website as a subtitle throughout. I have to set these up everytime and it is time consuming and my colleagues cannot do it! Is there a package where I can set all this up as a template and then just drop in the video in the 'middle'? We are prepared to pay for a package but not vast amounts!

I'm not familar with Shotcut, but surely just save the project, open it , replace the middle section and save again?

You would think so, but it isn't that easy to use and I want something everyone can use quickly and easily. I have made the beginning/end section as a package but it still seems too complicated for some!!

OK What computing power do you have?
HitFilm Express (free for Apple and PC) might be worth a look.
DaVinci resolve (again free for Apple and PC) is a nother contender, but sme find it a little more complex.
