Thread: How do I set a negative timestamp on a video file (mkv)

Question How do I set a negative timestamp on a video file (mkv)

    Hi there, first post

I have an mkv file and when I open it in mpv player the video starts with a time stamp of -00:00:02

Is there a tool I can use to set this timestamp to start at 00:00:00 as other videos I have created do?

    Kind Regards, Keltyx.

You could try re-encoding it with Handbrake (www.handbrake.fr)
