Default Keyframing speed with premier Pro 1.5?

Hi, Im new here, great forum. Sorry to come out with a question first, hopefully Ill be able to help some others out at some point.

I use premier Pro 1.51 on a PC. I much prefer this version of premier but I do miss the "rubber bands" you had to control the speed and audio. Im sure there must be some way of doing it but I cant find it!!!

Basically slowing down and speeding up gradually, at the moment Im chopping each clip into loads of little clips and adjusting the speed of each clip bit by bit.. (It looks poo...!)

So really appreciate any advice on this, if anyone ever has any PC related problems drop me a PM and I should be able to help.

    Thanks in advance...

Short of installing a plugin like twixtor you can not ramp speed in Premiere Pro. To the best of my knowledge you've never been able to do this.

You may be thinking of After Effects. You can rubber band the speed in that.

    Default twixtor

Does twixtor has a plugin to Premiere Pro 1.5? Or is it only to After Effects?
