I have a short video of a friend talking. I want to edit this video to have her face morphed like the Big Mouth Big Eyes effect from Snapchat. Which app or software can I use to do this?

Tim, I think this can be done with the "Pinch/Punch" utility in Vegas, or another distortion tool.

The effect is quite straightforwatd, but the tracking is the tricky bit (Vegas 16 may now make that possible). However it seems HitFilm Express might be a solution. Timing is everything and this tutorial was uploaded a couple fo days ago.
