Unhappy Infrared Xray night vision video editing

    Dear All,

    check this video out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdtJlHVDcmM
A guy put a filter on his cam and has those effect. I have an existing movie but I want to have the same effect. Any chance to edit it afterwards?

    Thank
    Freddy

I'd try switching the video to negative (search negative colour or similar for whatever editing software you're using) then change to B&W and then maybe add a green tint.

If you are talking about the actual ability to see through translucent black fabric then you can't do that in post. He is using 2 things: the ability to filter out the blacks with an optical filter, and then using the camera's night vision to maximize what little light gets through after the optical filter has removed the black.
The resulting image gets "printed" to the digital file as a regular video file. What makes this possible is the use of a special optical filter compounded with special low-light sensing. There's nothing you can do in post to match that.
