Default Easy way to mix 2 videos?

I have footage shot simultaneously from the back and front of a car. I want to combine them so the resulting footage sometimes shows the front footage and sometimes the rear with no overlap of time and no time missing i.e. the finished video will be the exact length of the journey.

Is there a way of playing the 2 vidoes together and select which one goes in the final video just by selecting the front or rear with the mouse as required?

If not, what is the easiest way of doing this?

    Thanks

The feature you are looking for is called "Multi Cam Editing". Magix Vegas Movie Studio (free trial so you can try it out and even complete the job) has this. Here's a HowTo
