    Default weird screen motion

    Hi,

I 've bought a new pc(desktop) with these specs:

    windows 10
    cpu intel core i7 7700 3.60 Ghz
    16 gb ram
Nvidia Ge force GTX 1050i 4gb.
    SSD 240
    HDD 500
and 2 HD with usb 3.0
I' m working on Adobe premiere pro cc 2014.

My problem is that everytime i export, the result is that...

    Can anyone tell what's wrong
Is something from my hardware, my disks maybe?
    Or compatibility of my software?

P.S.1.: Not in whole video. There are some times that problem appears in my exported videos
P.S.2.: I notice that when i'm running the video in my pc from vlc for example, the problem is not exist. But when i 'm running it from another pc the problem appears. Weird things!
P.S.3 : Thanks for your answers

definitely weird.... I had something similar happen to me with my go-pro footage....my computer didn't like the 40fps but was fine on other computers, so for the benefit of my computer I had to go down to the next level,,, 36fps (I cant remember if that's the exact amount)... everything is now fine... it did what you have in the above pic plus the odd bar going up and down....hth in some small way

Do you have a setting on that blends frames, this may happen sometimes. If not, it might be an FPS issue, try shooting on different FPS, like 24, 29.97, 30, 59.97, and 60.

    Hi thanks for your replies.
No, i'm not using frame blending.
And my fps settings are the same as my previous pc settings...25fps at both. *My previous pc exports was fine.
Yesterday i made a video export(about 60') again and i notice that the first half was good, but the other half was full of these weird motions
