    Default removing audio language dub

    hi everyone

    i have a video which has a foreign language audio dub over the original english audio.
    i can hear the english behind the foreign language.
    i wish to remove the foreign language audio..but i dunno how?
    any suggestions?

    My considere thought and simple answer is: you can't. You could use a noise reduction tool to take out some of the unwanted noise, but this is really suited to a continous, repeated noise... not something with a varied pitch and tone. It could work, but I doubt it would be very effective.

    Think of it like someone pouring paint and hot wax over the Mona Lisa.

    Hi

    When you say video, do you mean videotape or DVD? It it has multiple separate audio tracks that can be edited independently then it might be possible to delete the ones you dont want. But if everything is integrated onto the one track it looks like your stuck with it.
