Unhappy Converted .mts files have glitches in - how to get rid of them?

    Hope you all can help

I had filmed a load of stuff using an AVCHD camera (the specific model escapes me unfortunately), and after a bit of panic I found the files as these mysterious .mts files (I've never come across them before so I'm learning as I go along here!) I converted them to .mp4 using FormatFactory, but now all the resulting files have glitches in the video footage. Is there a way to clean them up without individually removing frames (I have 48 30 minute videos and not much time to rectify the problem in!)

    Many thanks!

Do the original .mts files have the same "glitches". If so it sounds like you have to deal with it in the way you don't want to. If not try converting them again.

My question to you is why are you converting them, does you editor not accept .mts files. It's a pretty standard format.
