Default Material was captured on Mac, How to use on PC?

    Help enyone, it's urgent!
Material was captured on Mac (external hard drive) and I want to use this material on PC editing. My computer (P4, win XP )can't see the hard drive, although comp said new hard drive was found and installed.
is it because of MAC format? is there any chance to do something about it?
