    Vegas does not have motion tracking. Motion tracking is commonly used to mean software that automatically tracks a point and creates keyframes. I suspect you are thinking of manually matching one object to another using keyframes, which is ceratainly tracking motion, but is not what the term motion tracking generally refers to.
