Thread: BlackMagic Ursa Mini 4.6k

    Default BlackMagic Ursa Mini 4.6k

Is the BlackMagic Ursa Mini 4.6k the best camera around for the money ?

    Read the spec. HERE.

I've been out of the market for buying a camera for a long time so I really don't know what's out there right now.

    Thoughts ?

It looks great - are you planning to make the leap from video to film?

Looks a beast MB !! I'll have a thorough read through later.
I know a couple of black magic users...though it's The lower end stuff ..they are capable of great results but far from switch on and shoot ... Not tjT I'm suggesting your that type of user

Been looking at one myself MB - I've already got a Black Magic Pocket Camera which, despite a couple of limitations, is a great low end camera.

I came across the BlackMagic Ursa 4K and thought it was amazing. Love the 10" view screen. Then I came across the mini 4.6k which seems to have even better spec.

120fps in 4k below 5,000, these specs in a 20,000 would be good. As always with camera, there seems to be some drawbacks but at that price is there anything to touch it ?

See if you can have a play around with it before you buy? The 120fps in 4k does seem pretty darn amazing!

Ha Ha. That is the eternal problem with buying cameras. There's always a better one about to be released.

In reality, is there a day to day need for 4K, is there not a lot of life left in HD
