Thread: Stretching a video? Need to make videoed people slimmer!

Thumbs up Stretching a video? Need to make videoed people slimmer!

    Hi,

I had to make a music video with people in, and unfortunately the camera really has added pounds onto the people and it looks bad! In photographs I find on almost any given app there's a function where you make the person in the photo thinner just by the press of a button, I think it squeezes the picture together or changes the dimensions or stretches it a bit.... surely there's a way to do this with a video?! Need to make them look slimmer.
Anyone know any tricks or software? (has to be free though).

    Thanks!

ok - the solution is very simple, but it depends on what you have at your disposal

    Right

ok unfortunately I'm a Mac person but I believe that there is a free utility for PC called "streamclip" - you can download it and scale your video to make it thinner - then export it - hopefully some PC users will chime in next to support my claims
