Default Play video with an Image as Background

I have an image and I want to play a video on a part of an image

I want to play my video only on that grey section, such that the viewers can see the video, as well as the green background.

    Thank You

You need a video editor that allows you to do "Picture in Picture" or "PIP". Most do
There will be YouTube videos if you Google the term.

    Thanks a ton

Found few tutorials on how to put PIP in Expression Encoder, and it worked like a charm.
    Thanks again
