Default Cleaning up the join for a split edit in Premiere Pro 7.0

Can anyone suggest a way of cleaning up the join line on a split edit when you are using a static shot so that one person is on the screen twice? Is there anyway in Pro or would After Effects be able to do it?

    Muchos gracias for help!!

    Cheers

You need to ensure that the two shots are filmed in exactly the same light and using the exact same angle

    Cheers Marc,

I tried re-shooting what i had done and it seemed to go away when i filmed a bit earlier in the day.

Just have to keep messing around with it.

simplest way is to adjust the brightness&contrast then tweak with the colour curves.

This is asuming of couse that the light is at a similar level on both sides
