Default 10 ft wide green screen - Film Full Body?

    Hello,

We have a 10 ft wide cloth green screen (gs). The camera lens cannot film full body without going off gs edges. Is this a physical limitation that cannot be overcome or is this the camera's lens limitation?

    Thanks,
    Dan

It doesn't matter if the image you record includes stuff outside the green screen. What matters is that the part image you want visible is completely within the green screen. You get rid of the rest in post using a garbage matte (or a mask)

I am using iMovie. How would I create a matte to reduce frame to just green screen and retain 16:9 aspect ratio? Would I manually create the box then do pip and use it as cropping guideline? Thanks
