    it's impossible to say for sure,
    It can be one of the CineGrain overlays, or Vegasaur Coarse Grain or whatever...

    It is possible that this film grain could be entirely unique to this video. If the editor employed the technique which I believe he/she did, it involved creating a number of scratch frames in a program like Photoshop/GIMP, deciding the frequency at which they loop in the video (depending on the total number created) and tweaking the opacity appropriately.
