Default Getting Fit and Raising funds for Cerebal Palsy

    Friends

At the ripe old age of 50 I have decided to do something about my personal fitness (I have successfully ignored it for more than 25 years!)

So I have taken up cycling.

Like most things I do, I need a goal to help me persevere. In this case my goal is to raise a few hundred pounds for Bobath Scotland, a charity providing wonderful support to sufferers of Cerebal Palsy. On the 27th August I will be cycling from Glasgow to Loch Lomond in aid of this charity.

Please, if you can spare a coin or two it would be a great help and greatly appreciated.

Please visit my fund raising page at http://www.justgiving.com/purejammy and help me achieve my goal of getting fit, but much more importantly to help those who are in need.

You can find out more about Bobath Scotland and the charity event from their website at http://www.bobathscotland.org.uk/ind...6&W21SUBID=120

Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for your help.

Good causes both of them: your health and the charity. Well done you!
