    Default Online Filmmaking Course

I've just signed up. It's free and promoted by the BFI so must be worth a look:

My dog got me up at 3am so i ended up doing the first session - I would definitely recommend watching the behind the scenes video explaining the technical aspects - that was the best part

since there is some non-CG animation involved, I think Ian H would enjoy this course too

I forget who recommended this course to me in the first place but it's really good!

i notice that they also have a course starting today called "shale gas and fracking" which may be of interest to MB

the irony of the whole thing is that the main video presented in the first week of our film course depicts what the world will look like after a few years of large-scale shale gas extraction - too coincidental for me

Couldn't sleep so I just did week 2 - we have to film something ourselves this week so I'm really looking forward to this one - there are two characters in the scene so I'll have to get creative
