    Question Appearing Text Effects

    Hello,
I would like to know if somebody can help me to do a video introduction like on this video :

(when the girl says "Hi~ I'm Mae, I'm 18, and I'm from Singapore")
So my question is how to do these text effects ? What software should I use ? (I'm on OS X and I only have iMovie)
Thank you in advance ! :)

Take a look at Apple's own Motion in the App Store. About $50 if I remember rightly. While there are lots of tutorials on YouTube for free, the tutorials at RippleTraining are excellent.

Depending on what version of iMovie you have, iMovie can use Motion Templates directly so it becomes even more flexible for you going forward.

(Now I have Final Cut Pro X and After Effect )

I've looked at Apple Motion and other motions but nothing look like the content of the video ...

I'm still looking for the little animations that appear

    for exemple:
0:06 / the map and the airplane who appeared behind the girl
0:14 / every animations at this moment
0:25 / "Miss Singapore so much"
    0:27 / the cloud

Does anyone know what are these things (Illustrator vector ? ???) and how I can add them in my video ?

How do you mean, nothing "looks like the content"?

You type in your word, you pick a font (motion & FCPX will show you the fonts live and you skim over them) and then you animate them using a behaviour or keyframes. It's unlikely there will be a perfect preset, don't assume whoever made the video was using presets, it's fairly trivial to make this happen without them.

Check out Ripple Training - they have tutorials on Motion (as well as FCPX) that teach you everything you'll need to know to do this.

Alternatively, check out After Affects Apprentice on Lynda.com and that should also help you create them in After Effects.

Of course, because there's no preset made for these it means you'll have to invest 5 or 6 hours learning how to do it, but I believe that will be time well spent because you'll learn so much more, enabling you to do more than you thought you'd ever know!

Again, if you're looking for a one button click preset, I don't think they exist.
