    Seriously?
You'd expect to give your apprentice such duties as:

    5. Managing projects from beginning to end.
    16. Organising video shoots
    17. Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing.

Maybe I'm being naive, but I would have thought someone who can do everything you list should be running your business, not the trainee.

    Another one:
    14. Manage actors (if involved) and ensure that all personnel deliver their best performance for the good of the completed picture or show.

I'm all in favour of the apprenticeship scheme and pushing capable youngsters to achieve higher goals but I'd be extremely surprised if you find someone capable of all that for the sort of money you're offering. Please keep us informed though and I hope you manage to give a well deserving person the opportunity to shine.

I guess that this applies to almost any career....but in the "creative" world it is almost a rule already. You hone your skills without much compromise from both ends...

But... Looking from this angle, an aprenticeship program like this is quite a nice step ahead. New guys will officially enter the market and will end with a real thing to write on their resumés.... Not to mentio the opportunity to keep going in the place they started. If I was 30 years younger I would apply without any doubt....

Yes but ... the way I read the description .. they're after someone who already has the requisite skills. It's all about assisting and managing, not assisting and learning.

I can only assume it was a simple copy and paste mistake.
