Not sure why the profanity was required, tutorials are for all ages.

    +1 to both digger's and Cheema's comments.
This is potentially a very good explanation of 3D track motion and parenting in Vegas. The choice of words aside, the clear font and the movement used provide a good demonstration. Unfortunately it falls short because it simply shows what you did rather than attempts to explain it.

"Follow what I do" is not particularly helpful. It's a bit like "Flower Arranging for Beginners" (first take a vase, then some flowers, then arrange the flowers in the vase)

I had to pause to check out what you were doing and I've been using Vegas/Track Motion/Parenting for eight years.
In other words, it's quite good for showing people who already know what you're doing how you did it, but not a great tutorial. You assume too much knowledge.

Guys all of this misunderstanding because all of you didn't read the description in the video
    Please read it!
I am blocked from youtube to upload videos more than 10 or 15 mins
and in the same time I got many requests to demonstrate how iam doing my stuff (Typography VIdeos)
    and i cant upload many tutorial videos as parts (i.e. part 1 , part 2 , part3 )
So I had to upload a quick tut. video
and I wrote in the description that's not for beginners
because at certain parts of the tut. I said "Follow what I do"
