    Default Some oldish cars racing

I watched racing and did a video.

The first shots with the sound but without cars would probably have raised more tension. Nice shots in general but the video somehow doesn't get me. What about some "Days of thunder" like music?

I have absolutely no delusions that this is anything other than some bloke point a camera at some cars. It was a great (and cheap!) day out, and the black Peugeot 309 was driven by my brother in law's cousins. As with all my videos, it's a personal record of a memorable day, and a compromise between having fun filming and having fun with friends and family. In fact it was fun trying to coble something together from the wobble cam footage.

Cheesetastic! The ambient noise was the soundtrack for the day, and that's what I want to remember. It's also a good to sometimes expose your video without the comfort blanket of a soundtrack!

The 309 looks to be Cosworth powered but what engine is in the MK1 escort ? what a stunning car !

Of course everything depends on what your aims are.
