Thread: Split file capture?

  1. #1

    Default Split file capture?

Does anyone know of a capture tool that will capture to split files?

I'm using Stoik which allows you to split a long capture up into different sized segments AS it capture but it crashes constantly.

Does anyone know of anything like this.... doesn't have to be free.

    Thanks.

Windows Movie Maker, Ulead Video Studio, Premiere Elements... pretty much every budget NLE has scene detection capture.

Sony Vegas actually splits the capture into seperate files if that is what you are looking for. Pinnacle Studio captures to one big file, but it has scene detection so that in the program it looks like it has been split up.
