Default Creating a title in premiere pro cs6

    Hi all,

Basically i want to create a title that looks like the one in this video:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kN-WxhtY0Ns

Where the letters appear seperately, one after another.

I can't for the life of me figure out how!

I also want to do the same with the logo and keep it there for the duration?

    Many thanks

    Ben

If you can't find some transition to do this you would have to have each letter on it's own track and deal with them separately.

In Premiere try the 'band wipe' transition but extend the duration to two seconds. default time is one second.

Put the logo on a separate time line. Drag the title along the timeline for as long as you want it to appear.

Do you mean the duration of the clip, or the 'band wipe' transition?

If the latter I can't see how to modify the transition itself in any way, I'm sure it's really simple. But sadly, so am I.

i mean the duration of the transition.
2 ways to extend the duration ... easiest method .... once you add a transition to your title, click and hold the transition with your left mouse button and drag it to the desired length.

    second method ...

with the transition added to the title in the timeline ....select the transition by clicking on it in the timeline

in the source window select effect controls ... then select duration.... key in the desired length ... id suggest around 2 seconds for the effect you're after.
