Question Copying audio tracks between two videos

Hi there! Looking for some expert advice on this: How do I take the audio track from one video and add it to another video? And keep it as intact as possible in the process, ie no recoding. Two video files are not necessarily of the same format, and the required software and hardware are not an issue. Please just tell me how to do it.

You put both videos on your editing software's timeline, delete the video track you don't want and delete the audio track you don't want. You won't be able to avoid re-encoding although you may avoid re-encoding of the video stream if the output format is the same as the input format and your software allows it (eg Vegas will achieve this for certain codecs only)
