Default Inverse Chroma Key (Need Help)

Hey I really want to figure out how to chroma key out everything but one color so I can get basically a moving hole where a subject would be on a green screen. I want to eventually create a product like this:

With the chroma key tool you can choose any colour to remove including in the example black. Just add the FX, choose the colour and play around with the settings until you get the desired effect.

In Sony Vegas and other software there is also something called compositing modes which can achieve similar effects with black or white areas of the image.

When you chroma key, you are just creating a mask - in a really clean key there will only be black and white in the mask. Just invert the mask - it really is that simple. What software are you using?

    So am I.
Actually it turned out to be easier than I thought:

Track 1 contains the video of the girl shot against a green screen. Add a Chroma Key Effect and key out the green. Tick the "Show mask Only" box in the CK Dialog. Change the track composite mode to Multiply (Mask)
Track 2 contains the video to display inside the image of the girl
Track 3 contains the background video

Make track 2 a child of Track 1 and voila!
