Default New Music Video Shot with a Nikon D5200

I just shot this music video for MC Yo Wassup using a green screen, a Nikon D5200, and edited it on Vegas Pro 12. What do you all think?

Only very little is going on in the video. Thus it gets repetitive soon. The effects were not bad but I did not like the glowing e.g. at 1:53.

On an aesthetics level it just didn't do it for me. Technically it was ok but I've seen better from you.

Is this a parody? I never know these days, but the name suggests it.

If it is a parody there isn't enough substance in the song or the video to pull it off.

If it's a serious video, then it's fine, but could never compete.

I can't see how this video can be a winner unless it was just a joke between friends. But if it was an exercise for you as a video editor, then it's great, you nailed the green screen and the edits were snappy, correct and relevant. You probably deserve better subject matter?

Remind me, example? You're probably right, but I can only remember dreadful self-indulgent home video stuff (as requested by the artist)

I thought this was by far the best I've seen from theog. Hardly groundbreaking, but appropriate.

He's posted stuff before the old rapper guy came on the scene. Here is an early example which I thought was interesting.

From a video point of view on your next green screen venture add more movement/ camera angles but technically well done. I was waiting for some more Deee-lite moments:
