Thread: Capturing with an ATI Radeon RX800 graphics card ?

Default Capturing with an ATI Radeon RX800 graphics card ?

I'm able to capture with Premiere 5.1c by VHS-c analog on my Radon RX800 graphics card line-in...

...but the transparency rubber bands and filters only change the image to black. Without filters or fader rubber band adjustments, the clip renders beautifully.

Also, filters and the fader rubber band work beautifully on clips I didn't capture.

I was able to build the cycling advertisement from the tutorial that came with Premiere 5.1 without problems.

This is a wall for me as I don't know what to expriment with to fix this.

Any help or ideas would very, very appreciated.

    Turns out....

When editing in Video for Windows mode, the filters and fader rubber bands don't work.

When editing in Quicktime mode, the filters and fader rubber bands work fine on my clips.

    Yay !!!

    Now I can't export from Premiere 5.1c AArrgggh !

I get all black or red and white tiny noise blocks that don't look like the image at all.
