Recently I purchased a capture device to bring all of my old VHS movies onto the computer. I captured in MPEG-2, and imported it into Adobe Premiere Pro without a problem. I began editing. Within a short time I found that the clips would jump or skip during transitions or slow motion, but when I used AVI/WMV format, there wasn't a problem. Is there any way to correct this?
My second question would be about exporting videos. I've exported several videos, and every time I've found that the audio and video seem to be unsyncronized. I get the voice of a person talking and then their mouth moving a few seconds later. I've tried exporting the video in multiple formats with multiple codecs, and importing the video in multiple formats, but nothing seems to work. Again, is there any way to correct this?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
