    You don't say which version of Premiere you're using. Assuming it's Pro, expand the audio track by clicking the twirly, and click the circular icon just below this, to the left. Out of the options shown, click "Show Clip Keyframes" to make the volume rubber band visible.

    Up in the effects control window, you can adjust the level of a whole clip, or set keyframes to fade the volume up or down. This won't affect other clips on the same track.
