Lightbulb What kind of effect is used in this video?

    Hello,
I can't find what kind of effect is used in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=no0AKCKVd20

As you can see, the background is moving, stretching and curling up.
    Thank you for your answers.

In Sony Vegas it's called the wave fx, it may have different names in different software. BUT what they seem to have done is used layers and masking so only the background is affected and not the people.

So it's not just a one click and there you go. There may be other, better answers to mine but I'm all you got right now. Stay tuned.

I agree with MB. The term "Distortion" is used in some Adobe products. In this case, it looks like a basic sine wave, applied to the right hand side of the frame.
