I'm editing a video and I replaced a section of my video with an After Effects composition to do some rotoscoping/masking of part of the animation of that clip. I did it, however the mask never keeps up. It'll look fine in AE, but in Premiere Pro, the mask does not keep up with the footage in certain parts. The mask will be a frame or two behind. Sometimes, this translates into AE after I see this in Premiere Pro, even though I've triple-checked the AE composition minutes before to ensure it was fine. Often than not though, the mask in AE will be fine... But in Premiere, it's not and will have the same problem of having the mask frames behind.
I've tried fiddling around with the frames and even changing the frame rate (between 29.97 and 30 fps) and interpreting the footage. However, I can't seem to get rid of this issue. Even if I solve the masking problem in one section of the footage, another one pops up somewhere else in the clip in Premiere. What is going on? How can I fix this.
