Default Unable to open a project

    can someone please help me.
everytime i try and open a particular edit in 6.5 the following message appears "unable to open that file because it is either locked, write-protected or corrupted"

is there any way to open this project or will i have to start again.

    any help would be appreciated

Premiere can be a strange beast at times. Try re-installing it.

Maybe the project was created in another version of Premiere and is not backwards compatible?
