    Default Cyclists Jumping Red Lights

A hot topic in our neck of the woods is irresponsible cyclists - particularly those jumping red lights.
20,000 paid no attention to them yesterday - and I have proof.
If you look carefully you'll even see one riding on the pavement.

You got into some great filming positions there Tim, and I thought the shot at around 1m 20 was perfect. But Tim, that music is AWFUL. There are some fantastic Creative Commons pieces out there!

Spent > 2 hours trawling through all the CC stuff (as well as Smartsound which I ended up using) to come up with that! Which is nearly as long as I spent on the edit!

I don't like it but it's the best I could come up with. It's rather 80's LA TV style, but it is pulsating, suggesting movement (which is what was required), and (I thought) inoffensive.

I agree it's poor. I agree there's some great stuff out there and I'm always finding it. But do I EVER find something suitable for the piece I'm editing at the time? No - never!

I avoided guitar/bass/drums based heavy rock after the beating my "bells" montage took such a beating (and it didn't feel appropriate here anyway) Yet no-one suggested anything that actually sounded to me like repetitive hard work and industry (which was what I specified I wanted to achieve)

    Suggest something!

Agreed Some interesting positions. I liked the "climbed up the lamppost shot" around 16 secs.

I presume you have now resigned from the musicians union choosing that music.

Here is a list of 10 options for music choice.

The shot of the "best-aged cyclette" made my day

You might profit from a look at this Youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/show/teknoaxesroyaltyfreemusic

It offers rather some loops for different genres royalty free.

You'd have to recut the video, but I thought this suits:
