Exclamation Best way to render videos without converting them into lower qualities?

Hi guys, can I know how do I render my sony vegas video without rendering the .avi files which I often use into .mp4 and make them lower high qualities? The reason why I converted them is because sometimes the videos cannot be rendered on sony vegas, or an error message will pop out or it will lag the entire software for some reason if not converted. What should I do? Even my .mp4 format samsung s3 videos has to be converted into .mp4 again because sony vegas have error rendering it

Whoa. That's lost me. Try rephrasing your question and provide more information - eg:
What are the specs for your source footage?
    What have you tried?

My source footage is HD 720p 16:9 25 frames I think .mp4 file.

I've tried rendering it in HD but it losses the quality :|. Well I rendered it to .mp4 file because I think it is the best because we can render at small sizes while maintaining the quality
