    Here is a video someone shared on Facebook as a "cute cat" commercial. From an editing standpoint, I felt compelled to share it here because it demonstrates a brilliant piece of compositing work:

    How did they do it? It took me a few minutes to figure it out, but once I did, I could see it clearly.

    It looks like they stuck some cat bits onto a dog of similar colour in post.

    Great piece of work.

    Right, as usual. Once you figure it out you can "see the zipper" (masking cat's face on small dog). Still, it is an impressive illusion when you first watch it.

    I'm just as impressed with the timing. Those edits have to be perfect to convey the image without giving away the plot.
