    Default Animation

    Posted this on another area on the forum. No one had any ideas - so thought I'd post here instead:

    When I was a young 'un, I used to make Super 8mm animated mini movies with my cine-camera and a frame release. I'd love to be able to do the same thing in tape, but understand that it doesn't work the same way as film in this respect.

    Anyone any advice for a wannabee 'Chicken Run 3' maker?

    Set up a digital still camera and import )after size conversion) as an image sequence?

    You may want to take a look here:

    There are some links at the bottom to some interesting stuff, the page you get to directly has a free download program for doing what you mention. It's pretty basic, one of the links takes you to more advanced stuff.

    I find it particularly handy because it works with the same camera as I am shooting the video that sits around what I use it for. It gives me that one thing less to worry about on the continuity front.
