Thread: Adobe Premier Razor Tool

  1. Default Adobe Premier Razor Tool

    Hello All,

Is it possible to use the Razor Tool to select parts of a sound track then delete them? I'm sure I did it before but I might have forgot!

    Best wishes

Have you tried it? What happened? What version of Premiere?
If I use the tool to make 2 cuts into a clip, I can then select the bit in the middle; press my 'delete' key; and it gets deleted; leaving an empty space where the middle bit used to be.

    Hi Tim,

I used 1.5. I found that you need to hold the 'shift' key while selecting the parts of the Audio, then do as you wish, I still can't get the Ripple Delete to be consistant! Thanks again,

    Best wishes
    Graeme
