I'll guess from your answer that it's commercial or may be personal !

You could try HERE to start with. OR look at a collaboration with someone from HERE. To be honest there is such a vast source of music in the web it's hard to know where to start. Perhaps one place you could start is Google "Free music for video".

It's not free, I will use jewelbeat.com, its only 99 cents per track which is dirt cheap, otherwise there are some free tracks on www.freesound.org/ there is not alot of range but there are some gems in there

One good source for royalty (and otherwise) free music is Incompetech.

    Incompetech: Royalty-Free Music

It is free as long as you credit the artist, ie. placing "-Name of the Song- by Kevin MacLeod" in description, credits etc.. There is optional donation of $5 per piece.

There's really a wide range of choice when it comes to picking a music for a video, and so many factor that it depends on. I always rely on my personal mp3 arsenal for that matter.

Still, if no one bothers, correct if I'm wrong but we're allowed to use musics, even for commercial purposes, as long as we keep it under 30 seconds, right? Just wondering the legal aspect here.

That really depends on a country - and when publishing something in the internet it's considered world-wide publishing due to obvious reasons. I understand that in United States there may be things like the 30s rule mentioned (not perfectly sure if it's really that simple), but no such things exist in most european countries as far as I know. Especially Germany is known for having very strict rules when it comes to copyrighted material. Finland (my country of origin) is not too far behind.

In general you have to pay for everything you use, unless the copyright holder has specifically stated otherwise. For example made his music available with different lisence.
