Default Vegas Pro 12 renders videos too dark

I had this problem with Vegas Pro 10 a while back. I upgraded to 12, thinking it would fix the problem.

Unfortunately, it didn't. I'll start off by giving a visual of my problem.

The original footage, recorded as an AVI file with FRAPS:

    And after it was rendered:

There's quite a difference there, and (as far as I'm aware) my rendering settings haven't been tweaked at all(only the resolution from 1920x1080 to 1280x720)
I'm kind of a perfectionist. Some might not see it as a big deal, but I want to get a somewhat decent, professional video.

And if you're wondering, my computer specs are:
    CPU-Z Validator 3.1

    Thanks in advance,

I don't think there is any difference from when you asked HERE. Like I said in the other thread the only think was to go thought the GPU setting.
