Default Mass Render of Audio Files - Need Help!

So I have exported about 400 OGG audio files (actually they're songs) from GTA San Andreas, only problem is that there are 3 different files for every 1 song (this is for in game radio voice overs).

So my question is, does anyone know of an automated method I can use to go about combining every 3 audio files into one?

If not I guess I'll be spending a while editing and rendering one song at a time

P.S., if it turns out that I'll need to do each song one by one, could someone please recommend me a decent program to use that would be appropriate for what I'm doing? Free or paid, it doesn't matter.
