Default Adobe Premiere 11: how extend time?

Hi all,I used Premiere 9 (or so) and upgraded to Premiere 11. Now I miss a very important feature: When extending times (make a part of a video slower or faster), I used two possibilities: 1) I could enter a %, like "50%" to make the video slower. 2) I could click a tiny button (forgot the naming) and then drag the end of the video. With this method, the extend time was calculated by the program. - In Premiere 11 I don't see this button anymore, i can only enter a %, what is not what I need in my case. - Anybody has an idea please?

    Default

Does this button need selecting in the View or preferences to be visible. I don't know what it's called either. Is there another way to do it like pressing the ctrl key then drag like we do in Sony Vegas.
