Thread: Struggle for colors, Blender Animation

  1. Default Struggle for colors, Blender Animation

    Hi everybody,
I'm Oscar and I am 17 years old.
I made this animation last 8 months.

I would like to know what you think about it.

I enjoyed watching it and thought the character's movements and timing were very good, and the final scene added alot. I hope we don't have to wait 8 months for your next animation.

    Hello Oscar.

I think you did a great job. Particularly as I know Blender is not for the faint hearted it does require a lot of time and patients. Which you have shown you have with this. Well Done!

    Blimey that was good!
I think the idea of using the crumpled paper texture/look for the "men" worked really well. For some reason those characters seem more believable than human characters in animation, so, whilst I liked the human at the end, I think concentrating on non-human, but with human traits might be more successful. I wonder whether TimA agrees.
Of greater importance than the quality of the animation was the fact that this had a good story - and perhaps more importantly a story which could not be told with human actors, so the whole thing made perfect sense.
    I loved it.
